Whiskey Wednesday: Iron Smoke Applewood Smoked Whiskey
Happy Whiskey Wednesday! Cracked open a bottle from the first ever batch of Iron Smoke Applewood Smoked Whiskey, and was thrown into a fun new experience. It’s a fairly unique whiskey in a few ways on the flavor profile. It’s quite honestly the first Applewood whiskey I have ever had and it was very interesting. Distilled in Seneca Falls and corporately headed in Rochester, NY, Iron Smoke is another rising New York name.
